FAQ
Minecraft hosting questions
Which Minecraft versions can I run?
Paper builds for current releases. You can switch the version in the server settings. Make a backup before you upgrade a world.
Can I use plugins and modpacks?
Yes. Use the installer in the panel or upload files with SFTP.
How much RAM do I need?
A small friends server runs fine on 2 GB. Heavier plugins, big worlds and many players need more. You can move to a bigger plan later.
Can I get my money back?
Yes. If you are not happy with your first order, ask within 72 hours and we refund it in full.
How fast is my server ready?
Card payments activate the server automatically, usually within a minute.
